Return & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than transit damage.

Eligible Refunds (Only in Case of Damage):

  • If your product arrives physically damaged, you must:

    • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

    • Email us at support@nomadperformance.in with:

      • Your order ID

      • Clear pictures of the outer packaging and product

      • A brief description of the issue

Refund Conditions:

  • Only damaged or wrong items reported in time are eligible

  • Refunds are processed after internal verification

  • The refund is made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

 No refund or replacement will be issued for claims made after 48 hours of delivery, or if the product is used or opened.
